Checking your balance

The sidebar shows your remaining token balance, turning red as it runs low. The Usage page has the full history.

Running out

Once your balance reaches zero, those four AI actions stop working until you top up — everything else in the app (orders, exports, labels, etc.) keeps working normally regardless of token balance.

Buying more

Token purchases are an org-admin action, paid via Stripe, from the Usage page.
