The Orders page shows every order across all your customers in one table; each customer’s own order page shows just theirs.

Editing

Click a cell to edit it inline, or use the edit button to open every field for that order in one dialog. Changes save immediately.

Printing

The print button builds a shipping label PDF for that order using your label templates.

Deleting

Deleting an order is permanent — there’s no undo.

Exporting

Both the property-wide and per-customer Orders pages have Download (CSV, XLSX) and Export (FTP) actions — see Export for what controls what those actually contain.
