Even after your property’s schema is confirmed, each customer’s own file can use different column names, orders, or formats. Customer Field Mapping matches one customer’s file against your already-confirmed schema — separately from schema setup itself.
Requirements
Your property’s schema must be confirmed first (Schema Setup). From a customer’s order page, use Definition to open their mapping.
Uploading and matching
Upload a sample of this customer’s file. AI matches each of their columns to one of your schema’s core or custom fields (or leaves it unmapped), and — if their file has separate address columns — can also detect whether that address applies to the origin or destination side of a booking.
Refining and confirming
Same as schema setup: a chat panel lets you correct any mismatch, and Confirm Mapping locks it in. A customer’s orders can only be imported once their mapping is confirmed.
