The Team page shows everyone in your organization. Admins can invite new teammates (via a shareable link — there’s no automatic email delivery yet, so send the link yourself however you’d like), change roles, and remove members.

Roles

• Admin — everything a member can do, plus: FTP destination settings, buying tokens, and creating/revoking API keys.
• Member — everyday work: schema setup, customers, mapping, importing, editing orders, exporting, labels, and reading these docs.

Why some actions are admin-only

FTP credentials, billing, and API keys are all org-wide and either security- or cost-sensitive, so they’re deliberately restricted rather than available to every member.
