Customers are the people or companies who send you booking files — manage them from the Customers page.

Adding a customer

Click Add Customer and provide at least a name. Email and a single address (used as AI mapping context and shown on the Customers list) are optional.

Customer images

Each customer can have an image (shown next to their name across the app). Upload PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, or SVG.

Saved addresses

Beyond the one address on the customer record itself, a customer can have a standalone address book — multiple labeled addresses (e.g. “Warehouse A”, “Main Office”) — from the Options menu on their order page. This is independent of the single address field and isn’t used for AI mapping.

Next step

A new customer can’t import orders yet — first map their file format against your schema.
