Shipping labels are built from templates you design on the Labels page, using your property’s mapped fields.

Building a template

Pick a field for the large top line, a field to drive the item count (see below), a barcode source (the order’s own ID, or any field), and which remaining fields appear in the label body — with their own font size and alignment.

Quantity and item count

If you set a Quantity field, printing that order produces one label per unit rather than a single label — the same idea as split-by-quantity export, but for physical labels rather than a data export.

Printing

From an order’s print action, pick a template (or let it auto-pick a sensible one) and print directly from the PDF preview.
